We were honored to welcome Mr. Mohammed Al-Khars, Chairman of Inovest Real Estate, to the Kooheji headquarters during Cityscape Global. The presentation included Rewan Al-Raba in East Riyadh, an integrated modern residential community, and our latest project, Vilano, a luxurious waterfront development in Al Khobar featuring advanced amenities and premium living experiences. Discussions explored future collaboration opportunities and potential strategic partnerships in high-impact developments aligned with the Kingdom’s urban expansion. We also reviewed innovative initiatives that support Saudi Vision 2030 by enhancing quality of life and enriching the urban landscape across major cities.
