We are delighted to celebrate this cherished occasion, Saudi National Day, which holds a deep sense of pride for us all. We pray that Almighty Allah continues to bless the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with security, prosperity, and honour, and that its remarkable journey of growth and progress continues year after year.
Engineer Mohamed Kooheji, CEO of Kooheji Development, said
He added that hosting the celebration at “Wajhat Al Ruba” reflects Kooheji Development’s commitment to sharing this national occasion with the community and strengthening its connection with residents. This is aligned with the company’s vision of developing integrated residential projects that provide modern living environments and contribute to enhancing quality of life.

Located in eastern Riyadh, “Wajhat Al Ruba” spans approximately 6 million square metres. Within the destination, Kooheji Development, in partnership with NHC, is developing its residential project, “Rewan Al Ruba”.
Rewan Al Ruba extends across more than 798,000 square metres and comprises approximately 1,300 residential units across five main housing types, with additional sub-types. Plot sizes range from 250 to 476 square metres, while built-up areas range from 258 to 374 square metres, giving families greater flexibility to choose designs and spaces that suit their individual needs.
Rewan Al Ruba benefits from the destination’s integrated master plan, which includes roads, green spaces, schools, mosques, healthcare centres, recreational areas, as well as comprehensive services, facilities, and infrastructure. The project also enjoys a strategic location adjacent to the National Guard Hospital and close to several government and semi-government institutions, with convenient access through major roads, including Khurais Road and the Ring Road.
The project has been designed around a people-centric urban vision, incorporating contemporary architectural solutions, efficient use of space, and a diverse range of residential products. Together, these elements create an integrated living experience and a vibrant, sustainable environment that enhances quality of life and responds to the aspirations of Saudi families.
The Saudi National Day celebration reflects Kooheji Development’s pride in the Kingdom’s ongoing development journey and its commitment to sharing this important national occasion with the Saudi community, as the Kingdom continues to experience sustained growth, prosperity, and urban development.
