We were honored to welcome His Excellency Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, to the Kooheji Development pavilion during Cityscape 2025. During the visit, we presented a selection of our key projects that aim to enhance quality of life in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. The presentation included Rewan Al-Raba in East Riyadh, an integrated and modern urban development concept, as well as Vellano in Al Khobar—three luxurious waterfront residential towers offering a contemporary and exceptional living experience.
